One-Year Temple-to-Temple Warranty

When you purchase frames and lenses from us, you can be sure you’re receiving a quality product. That’s why we back all our eyewear with a one-year temple-to-temple warranty. Now, that’s eyewear quality you can depend on.

Frames

A Ranch Road Vision Source associate carefully inspects all frames before dispensing them. Suppose your frames break under normal wearing conditions due to manufacturer defects or faulty materials. In that case, we’ll repair or replace them for you for free. Replacement is limited to one time only within 12 months of the original purchase date. Suppose your frame or parts are no longer available due to manufacturer discontinuation. In that case, we will replace your frame with one of equal value. Any frame of more excellent value will be charged at the difference in cost between the two.

This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage due to neglect or abuse. We also offer complimentary adjustments and cleanings on all frames for the lifetime of your eyewear.

Lenses

Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Please follow the recommended procedures for care and cleaning. We are glad to offer a one-time replacement (within 12 months of the original purchase date) on our recommended lenses in your original eyeglass prescription purchased from us. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or hairline scratches that do not affect vision or damage due to neglect or abuse.

Eyeglass Prescription

All prescription lenses, including bifocals and progressive lenses, will require a period for you to adapt and adjust to your new vision. It is common for objects to appear bowed or warped with a new prescription, and these effects will subside with wear. However, suppose you are unable to adapt to your new prescription. In that case, we will replace your lenses (of equal or lesser value) at no charge. We are glad to replace your lenses within three months of the original purchase. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your new eyewear.

Contact Lens Guarantee

At Ranch Road Vision Source, we make it even easier to try contacts with the freedom of our contact lens trial program. We carry only the latest contact lens technology, focusing on soft contacts, including multifocal ones. We will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your contacts. When you purchase your contact lenses from us, we’ll happily replace any dropped or torn soft lenses at no additional cost!
